As a writer I am always curious and shaken at finding items of clothing left in random places. Especially shoes in the middle of the woods. Where would a person go with only one shoe, what about their feet, why did they leave it, was there foul play, is a body hidden near by? I guess I get morbid thoughts, but it freaks me out a bit...A shirt is a much less alarming find and opens even more possibilities :)
